食品添加劑在食品中使用現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢

摘 要:消費者對食品色、香、味、形和質構等品質要求越來越高,食品生產加工過程中不可避免地會使用食品添加劑,以滿足消費者需求,但是食品添加劑在使用過程中也會產生一定的問題。本文對我國當前食品添加劑使用中存在的問題進行探討,分析其原因,并提出具體的對策建議,以期為我國食品添加劑行業(yè)健康發(fā)展提供參考。

Current Situation and Development Trend of Food Additives Used in Food

Abstract: Consumers have higher requirements for food color, smell, taste, shape, texture and other qualities. Food additives are inevitably used in food production and processing to meet consumer needs. But food additives in the process of use will also produce certain problems. This paper discusses the problems existing in the use of food additives in China, analyzes the causes of the problems, and finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide reference for the healthy development of food additives industry in China.
