第三方機(jī)構(gòu)實驗室食品檢測質(zhì)量管理研究

摘 要:本文從第三方機(jī)構(gòu)視角出發(fā),概述了實驗室食品檢測的基本流程與價值,分析了質(zhì)量管理體系、內(nèi)部管理評審、指標(biāo)化管理和人才綜合素質(zhì)方面存在的問題,并從改變思路、創(chuàng)新方法、細(xì)化指標(biāo)和增強培訓(xùn)4個層面提出提升質(zhì)量管理的對策。

Research on Quality Management of Food Testing in Third-Party Institutional Laboratories

Abstract: From the perspective of the third-party organization, this paper summarizes the basic process and value of laboratory food testing, analyzes the problems existing in quality management system, internal management review, index management and comprehensive quality of talents, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve quality management from four aspects: changing ideas, innovating methods, refining indicators and enhancing training.

自《中華人民共和國食品安全法》修訂后,全國范圍內(nèi)的第三方食品檢驗機(jī)構(gòu)遵循相關(guān)要求,在參考《食品檢驗機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定條件》《檢驗檢測機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定能力評價 檢驗檢測機(jī)構(gòu)通用要求》《實驗室質(zhì)量控制規(guī)范 食品理化檢測》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提條件下,加強實驗室食品檢測質(zhì)量管理,包括對檢測環(huán)境、儀器、流程、人員、方法、技術(shù)和報告等內(nèi)容的系統(tǒng)性管理與專項化管理,有助于提升實驗室食品檢測的準(zhǔn)確度、降低檢測中的潛在風(fēng)險[1]。(剩余2982字)
