摘 要:目前,測定糖漿DE值常用的方法是GB/T 20885—2007的方法,此方法較為成熟,操作簡單,但要得到準(zhǔn)確的DE值測定結(jié)果會受很多因素的影響。為確保檢測數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性,本文對影響DE值測定結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性的關(guān)鍵因素展開論述,以期為相關(guān)工作提供參考。

Abstract: At present, the commonly used method for measuring the DE value of syrup is the method of
GB/T 20885—2007. This method is relatively mature and simple to operate. However, to obtain an accurate DE value measurement result is affected by many factors. In order to ensure the accuracy of the detection data, this paper discusses the key factors affecting the accuracy of the DE value measurement results, in order to provide reference for related work.
