食用菌多糖生物活性及提取工藝的研究現(xiàn)狀
摘 要:食用菌多糖具有多種生物活性,已被廣泛應用于食品保健和臨床藥物治療等領(lǐng)域。不同種類的食用菌多糖生物活性和提取工藝方法不同,其在保健或臨床治療方面所起的作用也不同。本文對食用菌多糖生物活性的主要功能及提取工藝方法的優(yōu)缺點進行總結(jié),旨在為后續(xù)相關(guān)研究提供理論參考。

Research Status of Bioactivity and Extraction Process of Edible Fungus Polysaccharides

Abstract: Edible fungus polysaccharides have a variety of biological activities and have been widely used in food health care and clinical drug treatment. The biological activities and extraction methods of polysaccharides from different kinds of edible fungi are different, resulting in their different roles in health care and clinical treatment. Therefore, this paper summarized the main functions of polysaccharides bioactivity and the advantages and disadvantages of extraction methods in order to provide theoretical reference for subsequent related research.
