影響石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定食品中鉛的因素及控制措施
摘 要:本文主要依據(jù)GB 5009.12—2017中的第一法石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定食品中的鉛的含量,從試樣制備、樣品前處理、試劑及水、器皿及測量環(huán)節(jié)5個方面,分析影響鉛測定結(jié)果的因素,并闡述控制措施,旨在提高食品中鉛測定的準(zhǔn)確性,為相關(guān)人員提供技術(shù)參考。

Factors Affecting the Determination of Lead in Food by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and Control Measures

Abstract: This paper mainly measures the content of lead in food according to the first method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy in GB 5009.12—2017, analyzes the factors affecting the lead measurement results from five aspects of sample preparation, sample pretreatment, reagent, water, utensils and measurement links, and expounds the control measures, aiming to improve the accuracy of lead measurement in food and provide technical reference for relevant personnel.
