福建地區(qū)藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才市場(chǎng)需求與崗位能力需求調(diào)研分析

摘 要 本課題組對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)與本專(zhuān)業(yè)聯(lián)系緊密的藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、藥品經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)等進(jìn)行調(diào)研，分析區(qū)域醫(yī)藥企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、人才需求情況，以及高職藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的情況等，并從人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位、專(zhuān)業(yè)課程設(shè)置、專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)改革、專(zhuān)業(yè)師資配備、實(shí)訓(xùn)條件配置等方面提出優(yōu)化建議與對(duì)策。

Research and Analysis on the Market Demand and Job Capability Demand of Pharmaceutical Professionals in Fujian Region

Abstract Our research group conducted a survey on pharmaceutical production and distribution enterprises closely related to our major in the region， analyzing the current development status， trends， talent demand， and employment situation of pharmaceutical graduates in the region. We also proposed optimization suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of talent training objectives， professional curriculum design， professional teaching reform， professional teacher allocation， and practical training conditions configuration.
