面向稀土領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘要 江西理工大學(xué)以服務(wù)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展為使命，依托稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)建課程體系，打破專業(yè)壁壘，強化紅色基因傳承，充分發(fā)揮校政企協(xié)同育人功能；依托中國稀土集團、中科院贛江創(chuàng)新研究院等高水平實踐教學(xué)平臺，引企研入教，創(chuàng)新了人才培養(yǎng)模式，為地方高校新工科建設(shè)提供參考。

Abstract  Jiangxi University of science and technology takes serving the high-quality development ofrare earth industry as its mission， relying on the rare earth industry chain to build a curriculum system， break down professional barriers， strengthen the inheritance of red genes， and give full play to the functions of the University's government and enterprise cooperation in educating people; Relying on the high-level practical teaching platforms such as China Rare Earth Group and Ganjiang Innovation Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences，  we have introduced enterprises into teaching， innovated the talent training mode， and provided reference for the construction of new engineering courses in local universities.

2020年8月，教育部與工信部聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院建設(shè)指南（試行）》，明確提出以區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展急需為牽引，面向行業(yè)特色鮮明、與產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)系緊密的高校，建設(shè)一批現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院。（剩余4737字）
