摘 要:食品安全是關(guān)系國計民生的重大問題,建立科學(xué)完善的食品檢測體系至關(guān)重要。本文概述了高效液相色譜技術(shù)的基本原理和儀器組成,重點探討了該技術(shù)在食品檢測領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,并詳細(xì)闡述了高效液相色譜技術(shù)在農(nóng)藥殘留檢測、營養(yǎng)成分分析、食品添加劑鑒定和真菌毒素篩查等方面的具體應(yīng)用。

Abstract: Food safety is a major issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, and it is crucial to establish a scientifically sound food testing system. This article provides an overview of the basic principles and instrument composition of high-performance liquid chromatography technology, with a focus on exploring its widespread application in the field of food detection. The article elaborates on the specific applications of high-performance liquid chromatography technology in pesticide residue detection, nutrient analysis, food additive identification, and fungal toxin screening.
