餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀及對策
摘 要:隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,餐飲行業(yè)也在迅猛發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),餐飲食品安全問題日益凸顯,已成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文對餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析,探討了目前存在的主要問題及其原因,并提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議,旨在加強(qiáng)餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管,保障公眾飲食安全。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision in Catering

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the catering industry is also developing rapidly. At the same time, the issue of food safety in catering has become increasingly prominent and has become the focus of social attention. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of food safety supervision in catering, discusses the main problems and their causes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to strengthen the supervision of food safety in catering and ensure the safety of public food.
