Abstract: The prevention and control of microbial contamination in food service processing is very important for food safety. This paper analyzes the microbial pollution sources in the process of catering service processing, discusses the existing problems of microbial risk prevention and control in the process of catering service processing, and puts forward measures for the existing problems in the process of microbial risk prevention and control in the process of catering service processing, aiming at reducing the risk of microbial pollution and ensuring food safety and consumer health.
