摘 要:基于近年來食品安全問題的嚴峻性,本文對國內(nèi)外食品安全風險評估現(xiàn)狀、評估方法及其在食品質(zhì)量管理中的應用進行詳細分析,并提出了優(yōu)化食品安全管理的科技創(chuàng)新策略,如引入大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能和區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù),旨在為食品安全領(lǐng)域提供理論支持和實踐指導,提升食品安全管理水平。

Abstract: Based on the severity of food safety problems in recent years, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation and evaluation methods of food safety risk assessment and its application in food quality management at home and abroad, and proposes scientific and technological innovation strategies to optimize food safety management, such as the introduction of big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance in the field of food safety and improve the level of food safety management.
