液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀測定蔬菜中農(nóng)藥殘留的基質(zhì)效應(yīng)研究

摘 要:采用QuEChERS方法處理樣品,液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀測定10種蔬菜中10種農(nóng)藥殘留的基質(zhì)效應(yīng)。結(jié)果顯示,10種農(nóng)藥成分在10種蔬菜中絕大部分是基質(zhì)減弱效應(yīng)。在日常檢測工作中,需要配制相應(yīng)的基質(zhì)匹配標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作溶液,確保結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確可靠。

Abstract: The samples were treated by QuEChERS, and the matrix effects of ten pesticide residues in ten vegetables were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that most of ten pesticides were inhibition effects in ten kinds of vegetables. In the daliy detection work, it is necessary to prepare the corresponding matrix matching standard working solution to ensure accurate and reliable results.
