摘 要：本文介紹了食品標準化的發(fā)展情況，分析了標準化在食品質(zhì)量安全管理中的作用，針對標準化面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和問題提出了相關(guān)建議，為進一步推動食品標準化在食品質(zhì)量安全管理中的應(yīng)用提供參考。

Abstract： This paper introduces the development of food standardization， analyzes the role of standardization in food quality and safety management， and puts forward relevant suggestions for the challenges and problems faced by standardization， in order to further promote the application of food standardization in food quality and safety management.
