摘 要:本文采用液相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法對(duì)牛奶中黃體酮?dú)埩袅窟M(jìn)行分析測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)牛奶中黃體酮?dú)埩袅繙y(cè)定含量為6.93 μg·kg-1時(shí),其擴(kuò)展不確定度達(dá)到1.82 μg·kg-1(k=2)。該方法的不確定度主要來(lái)自校準(zhǔn)過(guò)程產(chǎn)生的不確定度,可對(duì)相關(guān)計(jì)量器具進(jìn)行檢定以改善。

Abstract: This article uses a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method to determine the residual amount of progesterone in milk. The results showed that when the content of progesterone residue in milk was 6.93 μg·kg-1, the expanded uncertainty reached 1.82 μg·kg-1(k=2). The uncertainty of this method mainly comes from the uncertainty generated during the calibration process, and relevant measuring instruments can be verified to improve the accuracy
