食品微生物檢測(cè)技術(shù)及其質(zhì)量控制
摘 要:本文依照文獻(xiàn)對(duì)比法和理論分析法對(duì)食品微生物檢測(cè)的重要性進(jìn)行論述,同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)單介紹了食品微生物檢測(cè)技術(shù)類型,并對(duì)食品微生物檢測(cè)質(zhì)量管理工作展開合理分析與探究,包括保障樣品采集質(zhì)量、定期開展內(nèi)部質(zhì)量控制等,以供參考。

Abstract: This article discusses the importance of food microbiological testing based on literature comparison and theoretical analysis methods. At the same time, it briefly introduces the types of food microbiological testing technologies, and conducts reasonable analysis and exploration of food microbiological testing quality management work, including ensuring the quality of sample collection, regularly conducting internal quality control, etc., for reference.
