淺析我國白酒釀造智能化

摘 要：越來越多的白酒企業(yè)開始向白酒生產(chǎn)智能化轉(zhuǎn)型，一些企業(yè)已形成適用于企業(yè)自身的智能化白酒釀造生產(chǎn)模式。本文簡述了現(xiàn)階段我國白酒行業(yè)在智能化釀造方面的主要應(yīng)用、優(yōu)勢以及難點，對白酒釀造智能化進行了展望。

Analysis on Intellectualization of Baijiu Brewing in China

Abstract： More and more Baijiu enterprises begin to transform to intelligent Baijiu production， and some enterprises have formed intelligent Baijiu brewing production models suitable for their own enterprises. In this paper， the main applications， advantages and difficulties of Baijiu industry in intelligent brewing at present in China were briefly described， and the intelligent Baijiu brewing was prospected.
