摘 要:基質(zhì)效應(yīng)導(dǎo)致儀器對待測組分的響應(yīng)出現(xiàn)增強或抑制,影響待測物定性和定量的準確度?;|(zhì)效應(yīng)主要包括色素、辛辣物質(zhì)、酸堿性、樣品均勻性、樣品與基質(zhì)一致性等因素。農(nóng)藥的結(jié)構(gòu)與穩(wěn)定性也會影響定性和定量結(jié)果的準確性。在農(nóng)殘檢驗工作中應(yīng)充分考慮各種因素對GC-MS/MS的影響。

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Detection of Pesticide Residues with GC-MS/MS in QuEChERS Method

Abstract: The matrix effect leads to the enhancement or inhibition of the response in the instrument with the components to be determined, which affects the accuracy of the qualitative and analysis of the substances to be measured. The main factors of matrix effect include pigment, acrid substance, acid-base property,sample uniformity, consistency of the sample with the matrix, etc. The structure and stability of pesticides will also affect the accuracy of qualitative and quantitative results. The impact of various factors on GC-MS/MS should be fully considered in the inspection of pesticide residues.
