測(cè)量不確定度在食品檢測(cè)符合性判定中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:符合性判定是食品檢測(cè)中常見(jiàn)的判定,判定規(guī)則有不考慮不確定度的簡(jiǎn)單接受二元判定規(guī)則,考慮測(cè)量不確定度的有保護(hù)帶的二元判定規(guī)則,有保護(hù)帶的非二元判定規(guī)則。本文介紹了這些規(guī)則并且提出了一種應(yīng)用方法,探討了該規(guī)則在食品檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的可能性、優(yōu)越性和局限性。

Application of Measurement Uncertainty in Conformity Determination of Food Testing

Abstract: Compliance determination is a common determination in food testing. The determination rules include simple acceptance binary determination rules without considering the uncertainty, binary determination rules with protective belt considering the measurement uncertainty, and non binary determination rules with protective belt. This paper introduces these rules, puts forward an application method, and discusses the possibility, advantages and limitations of the rule in the field of food testing.
