摘 要:苯并[α]芘作為多環(huán)芳烴中最早被發(fā)現(xiàn)具有環(huán)境化學作用的致癌物,受到人們的廣泛關注。本文分析了食用油中苯并[α]芘的污染途徑,并結(jié)合近三年新疆食用油質(zhì)量抽樣資料,闡述了食用油苯并[α]芘的控制措施。

Analysis of Benzo[α]pyrene Pollution in Edible Oil in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Abstract: Benzo[α]pyrene, as the first polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon carcinogen discovered to have environmental chemical effects, has received widespread attention. This paper analyzes the ways of benzo[α]pyrene contamination in edible oil and elaborates the control measures of benzo[α]pyrene in edible oil with the information of edible oil quality sampling in Xinjiang in the past three years.
