白酒生產(chǎn)企業(yè)風險隱患排查常見問題分析
摘 要:白酒生產(chǎn)企業(yè)作為高風險食品安全生產(chǎn)企業(yè),是市場監(jiān)督管理部門進行風險隱患排查的重點對象。隨著白酒新國標的陸續(xù)實施,對白酒產(chǎn)品及行業(yè)品質(zhì)提出了更高要求。鑒于此,本文就白酒生產(chǎn)企業(yè)風險隱患排查常見問題進行分析,防范化解白酒生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的食品安全風險,促進白酒產(chǎn)業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Analysis on the Common Problems of Risk Assessment and Hidden Danger Investigation in Baijiu Production Enterprises

Abstract: As a high risk food safety production enterprise, Baijiu production enterprise is the key object to investigate the risks and hidden dangers by the market supervision and management department. With the implementation of the new national standard of Baijiu, higher requirements are put forward to the quality of Baijiu products and industry. In view of this, this paper analyzes the common problems of risk assessment and hidden danger investigation in Baijiu production enterprises, so as to prevent and dissolve food safety risks in the production field and promote the high-quality development of Baijiu industry.
