摘 要:利用流動(dòng)注射-異煙酸-巴比妥酸法分光光度法測(cè)定地表水中的氰化物,依據(jù)數(shù)學(xué)模型和檢測(cè)過(guò)程的分析確定了測(cè)量不確定度的主要貢獻(xiàn)因子并進(jìn)行了評(píng)定,對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果明確了合理的表達(dá)方式。當(dāng)?shù)乇硭星杌锖繛?2.23 μg·L-1時(shí),其擴(kuò)展不確定度為0.78 μg·L-1。

Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty in the Determination of Cyanide by Flow Injection-Isonicotinic-Barbituric Acid Spectrophotometry

Abstract: Cyanide in surface water was determined by flow injection-isonicotinic-barbituric acid spectrophotometry. According to the analysis of mathematical model and detection process, the main contribution factors of measurement uncertainty were determined and evaluated, and the reasonable expression of measurement results was defined. When the cyanide content in surface water is 32.23 μg·L-1, its expanded uncertainty is 0.78 μg·L-1.
