摘 要:在食品檢測過程中,所用蒸餾水的質(zhì)量對檢測結(jié)果有一定的影響,除此之外,實(shí)驗(yàn)試劑、檢測儀器及環(huán)境因素也很重要。因此,在食品檢測過程中,要綜合考慮各種因素才能有效保證整個實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。本文通過解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型法對食品檢測過程中的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析,以期為實(shí)驗(yàn)室食品檢測工作的改進(jìn)提供參考意見。

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Food Detection Based on Interpretative Structure Model

Abstract: In the process of food testing, the quality of distilled water used have a certain impact on the test results. In addition, experimental reagents and testing instruments and environmental factors are also very important. Therefore, in the process of food testing, we should comprehensively consider these factors in order to effectively ensure the accuracy of the whole experimental data. In this paper, the relevant factors in the process of food testing were analyzed by means of the interpretation of structural model, in order to provide the reference for improving the laboratory food testing work.
