食品監(jiān)督抽檢樣品管理模式探究

摘 要：食品監(jiān)測(cè)中最關(guān)鍵的工作是對(duì)于樣品的檢測(cè)和管理，相關(guān)監(jiān)督人員可通過(guò)避免直接影響檢測(cè)結(jié)果的因素，進(jìn)而保證監(jiān)督工作的質(zhì)量，并在抽樣調(diào)查過(guò)程中以精、準(zhǔn)、細(xì)、嚴(yán)和快的管理原則實(shí)施工作，通過(guò)客觀、科學(xué)、公正的態(tài)度，保證食品安全監(jiān)管工作的有效開(kāi)展。

Exploration on the Sample Management Mode of Food Supervision and Sampling Inspection

Abstract： The key work in food monitoring is the detection and management of samples， relevant supervisors can ensure the quality of supervision by avoiding factors that directly affect the test results， implement the work with the management principles of precision， accuracy， detail， strictness and quickness in the process of sampling investigation， and ensure the effective development of food safety supervision through an objective， scientific and fair attitude.
