食品快速檢驗(yàn)的常規(guī)技術(shù)應(yīng)用分析

摘 要：傳統(tǒng)的檢測方法需要依托大型檢測儀器，存在耗時(shí)長、效率低、檢測場景不靈活等問題，而快速檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)具有快速、簡便的特點(diǎn)，無需昂貴設(shè)備及相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)，可以隨時(shí)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。本文以食品快速檢驗(yàn)的常規(guī)技術(shù)為研究方向，分析了常規(guī)快速檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)在食品快速檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用，提出加強(qiáng)與完善食品快速檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用建議。

Abstract： The traditional detection methods need to rely on large testing instruments， there are problems such as long time consuming， low efficiency， inflexible detection scene， and rapid inspection technology has the characteristics of fast and simple， without expensive equipment and related professional knowledge， can be tested at any time.This paper takes the conventional technology of food rapid inspection technology， analyzes the application of conventional rapid inspection technology in food rapid inspection， and puts forward suggestions on strengthening and improving the application of food rapid inspection technology.
