摘 要:食品安全直接關(guān)系到社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,也是人們關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。而保障食品安全的主要途徑就是食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè),有必要做好相關(guān)研究分析工作。鑒于此,文中分析了食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,探討影響食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)質(zhì)量的因素,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況給出檢測(cè)質(zhì)量控制措施,提高食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)質(zhì)量。

Analysis on Quality Control Measures of Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract: Food safety is not only directly related to social stability, but also a hot issue of public concern. The main way to ensure food safety is food inspection and detection. It is necessary to do a good job in relevant research and analysis. In view of this, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of food inspection and testing, discusses the factors affecting the quality of food inspection and testing, and gives the inspection quality control measures combined with the actual situation to improve the quality of food inspection and testing.
