烹飪方法對食物營養(yǎng)成分的影響及保護措施分析
摘 要:隨著社會的發(fā)展,人們對飲食健康問題越來越重視,在食物烹飪過程中也希望通過更有效的烹飪方法保存食物中的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì),促進自身身體健康發(fā)展?;诖?,本文通過分析烹飪與食物營養(yǎng)的關(guān)系、烹飪方法對食物營養(yǎng)成分的影響,提出烹飪中食物營養(yǎng)的保護措施,以供參考。

Analysis on the Influence of Cooking Methods on Food Nutrients and Protective Measures

Abstract: With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to the problem of dietary health. In the process of food cooking, they also hope to preserve the nutrients in food through more effective cooking methods and promote their own healthy development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the relationship between cooking and food nutrition and the impact of cooking methods on food nutrients, and puts forward the protection measures of food nutrition in cooking for reference.
