論提高食品檢驗(yàn)檢測準(zhǔn)確性的方法
摘 要:食品質(zhì)量與人們的健康有著直接的聯(lián)系。食品檢驗(yàn)最重要的環(huán)節(jié)是保證食品檢驗(yàn)的準(zhǔn)確性,提高食品檢測結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性,使食品安全評估結(jié)果更加符合真實(shí)情況,為食品安全風(fēng)險評估提供依據(jù)?;诖耍疚膶μ岣呤称窓z驗(yàn)檢測準(zhǔn)確性的方法進(jìn)行了研究。

Abstract: Food quality is directly linked to people’s health. The most important part of food inspection is to ensure the accuracy of food inspection, improve the accuracy of food inspection results, make food safety assessment results more in line with the real situation, and provide a basis for food safety risk assessment. Based on this, this paper studies the methods to improve the accuracy of food inspection and detection.
