摘 要:隨著食品行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,食品安全問題頻發(fā),相關(guān)部門需借助嚴(yán)格、規(guī)范的食品檢測工作,消除食品安全隱患?;诖?,本文分析了檢驗(yàn)檢測行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,并提出食品檢驗(yàn)檢測的質(zhì)量控制措施,進(jìn)而維護(hù)食品安全。

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the food industry, food safety problems frequently occur, and relevant departments need to rely on strict and standardized food inspection work to eliminate food safety hazards. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of the inspection and testing industry, and proposes quality control measures for food inspection and testing to maintain food safety.
