食品安全監(jiān)督管理中存在的問題
摘 要:食品安全監(jiān)督是保障食品安全的重要措施,具有重要的作用。當(dāng)前我國食品安全面臨極大的挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)食品安全監(jiān)督管理提出較高的要求。本文針對(duì)食品安全監(jiān)督管理問題,概述了食品安全監(jiān)督管理的要求,結(jié)合實(shí)踐分析食品安全監(jiān)督管理中的問題,提出食品安全監(jiān)督管理的策略,以期提高食品安全監(jiān)督管理水平。

Problems Existing in Food Safety Supervision and Management

Abstract: Food safety supervision is an important measure to ensure food safety, and it plays an important role.At present, China’s food safety is facing great challenges, which puts forward high requirements for food safety supervision and management. For the problem of food safety supervision and management, this paper summarizes the requirements of food safety supervision and management, combined with the practice of food safety supervision and management problems, puts forward the analysis of food safety supervision and management strategy, in order to improve the level of food safety supervision and management.

數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2021年31個(gè)省市場監(jiān)督管理局公開發(fā)布的食品監(jiān)督抽檢信息涵蓋了33大類食品及其他食品,共計(jì)抽檢1 050 822批次產(chǎn)品,依據(jù)相關(guān)食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗(yàn),檢出不合格樣品共計(jì)18 340批次,總體問題發(fā)現(xiàn)率為1.75%。(剩余4275字)
