板栗常溫簡(jiǎn)易保鮮貯藏辦法
摘 要:板栗是中國特產(chǎn)干果之一,味美,但采摘后貯藏難度大,只能在特定季節(jié)食用,使我國板栗對(duì)外銷售存在壁壘。本文分析了板栗常溫保鮮貯藏的難點(diǎn),從多個(gè)方面提出了板栗常溫保鮮貯藏的措施,為人們對(duì)板栗進(jìn)行常溫貯藏提供一定參考價(jià)值。

Simple Preservation and Storage Method of Chestnut at Room Temperature

Abstract: Chestnut is one of China’s specialty dried fruits. It tastes delicious, but it is difficult to store it after picking. It can only be eaten in a specific season, so there are barriers to the foreign sales of Chinese chestnut. This paper analyzes the difficulties of normal temperature preservation and storage of Chinese chestnut, and puts forward the measures of normal temperature preservation and storage of Chinese chestnut from many aspects, which provides a certain reference value for people to store Chinese chestnut at normal temperature.
