數(shù)字PCR在食品安全檢測中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、歸納總結(jié)法，對數(shù)字PCR在食品安全檢測中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)字PCR技術(shù)提供了新的檢測思路，在沙門氏菌檢測、李斯特菌檢測、金黃色葡萄球菌檢測等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮了重要的作用。其可為食品安全提供強(qiáng)有力的保障，能夠更好地防控食品安全問題，同時提高了國家食品安全管理的有效性。

The Application of Digital PCR in Food Safety Testing

Abstract： In this paper， the application of digital PCR in food safety detection is studied by means of literature analysis and summarization. The study found that digital PCR technology provides a new detection idea， plays an important role in the detection of Salmonella， Listeria monocytogenes， Staphylococcus aureus detection and other fields， provides a strong guarantee for food safety， and can better detect. The prevention and control of food safety issues has also improved the effectiveness of national food safety management.
