現(xiàn)階段烹飪工藝和食品營養(yǎng)之間的關(guān)系思考
摘 要:社會經(jīng)濟水平的進步帶動人們生活質(zhì)量的提升,人們對于食物的要求早已從為身體提供生存能量的基礎(chǔ)性需求,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯⑾?、味俱佳且追求更高的營養(yǎng)價值需求,且對食品烹飪工藝的要求也隨之提高。本文深入探討了烹飪工藝和食品營養(yǎng)之間的關(guān)系,旨在通過烹飪工藝的改良找到提升食物營養(yǎng)水平的對策。

Thoughts on the Relationship Between Cooking Technology and Food Nutrition at Present Stage

Abstract: The progress of social and economic level has promoted the improvement of people’s quality of life. The requirement for food has already changed from the basic requirement of providing living energy for the body to the pursuit of higher nutritional value with good color, aroma and taste, and the requirement for food cooking technology has also been raised. In this paper, the relationship between cooking technology and food nutrition is deeply discussed, aiming at finding the countermeasures to improve food nutrition level through the improvement of cooking technology for reference.
