摘 要:本文簡要分析了近幾年全國市場監(jiān)管部門食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品監(jiān)督抽檢情況以及食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中農(nóng)藥殘留現(xiàn)狀,概述了食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中農(nóng)藥殘留的主要分類和常用的檢測技術(shù),旨在為市場監(jiān)管部門及時管理好不合格食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、保障食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品食用安全性提供參考資料。

Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract: This article briefly analyzes the situation of supervision sampling of edible agricultural products by national market supervision departments in recent years, and the present situation of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products. Outlined the main classification of edible agricultural products pesticide residues and commonly used detection techniques. It provides reference materials for the market supervision department to manage the unqualified edible agricultural products in time and ensure the edible safety of agricultural products.
