摘 要:食品檢測數(shù)據(jù)是控制食品質(zhì)量、食品安全的重要依據(jù)。為了獲得準(zhǔn)確的檢測數(shù)據(jù),除了需對整個檢測過程進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制外,審核人員在最終的結(jié)果判定方面起到了把關(guān)作用。本文綜述了審核人員在審核食品檢測數(shù)據(jù)時應(yīng)當(dāng)考慮和注意的問題,旨在為食品檢測機(jī)構(gòu)和食品相關(guān)技術(shù)人員提供參考。

Aspects to be Considered in Food Testing Data Review

Abstract: Food inspection data is an important basis for controlling food quality and food safety. In order to obtain accurate test data, in addition to quality control of the entire testing process, auditors play a gatekeeping role in determining the final results. This article summarizes the issues that auditors should consider and pay attention to when reviewing food testing data, aiming to provide reference for food testing institutions and food-related technicians.
