某車型B柱鈑金異響機理的研究

摘 要：某車型在行駛中，B柱區(qū)域會發(fā)出嘀嘀的異響聲音。在暴曬之后更加容易復(fù)現(xiàn)，且異響的聲音明顯增大。文中研究了鈑金異響的機理，并通過6sigma的試驗方法，找到了最佳的工藝參數(shù)，改善了異響問題的發(fā)生。

Abstract：When a model is driving， the B-pillar area will make a tick noise. It is easier to reproduce after exposure to the sun， and the noise is significantly increased. In this article， the mechanism of sheet metal rattle is studied， and the best process parameters are found through the 6sigma test method， which improves the occurrence of abnormal noise.
