優(yōu)化扭矩管理器消除整車80KPH拍振問題

摘 要:某車型在開發(fā)驗(yàn)證階段,整車NVH性能評價在80KPH車速,存在前排類似拍振的轟鳴聲,后排座椅抖動的問題,通過優(yōu)化扭矩管理器單體設(shè)計(jì)、動平衡設(shè)計(jì),減弱振動源一階振動,達(dá)到改善該問題的目標(biāo),并驗(yàn)證有效,批量實(shí)施。

Abstract:In the development and verification stage of a vehicle model, when the NVH performance evaluation of the whole vehicle is at the speed of 80kph, there are problems such as the roar of beating vibration in the front row and the jitter of the rear seats. By optimizing the single body design and dynamic balance design of the torque manager, the first-order vibration of the vibration source is reduced to achieve the goal of improving this problem, which is verified to be effective and implemented in batch.
