基于試驗技術(shù)的發(fā)動機可靠性評估及摩擦磨損試驗

摘 要:發(fā)動機可靠性是評價汽車質(zhì)量與性能的一項關(guān)鍵指標。本文將某型號發(fā)動機設(shè)定在全速、全負荷的運行條件下,連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)500h,根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果分析其耐久性。另外還選擇發(fā)動機的缸套,將標準件與抽樣件進行摩擦磨損的對比試驗,根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果分析其耐磨損性能。綜合兩項試驗結(jié)果,對該型號發(fā)動機的可靠性有了基本了解。

Abstract:Engine reliability is a key index to evaluate vehicle quality and performance. In this paper, a certain type of engine is set to operate at full speed and full load for 500h. Its durability is analyzed according to the test results. In addition, the cylinder liner of the engine is selected, and the friction and wear comparison test are carried out between the standard parts and the sampling parts. The wear resistance is analyzed according to the test results. Based on the two test results, a basic understanding of the reliability of this type of engine is provided.
