高職擴(kuò)招林業(yè)技術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)員生情調(diào)研分析及對(duì)策

摘 要:本文以黑龍江生態(tài)工程職業(yè)學(xué)院2019級(jí)林業(yè)技術(shù)專業(yè)擴(kuò)招學(xué)員為研究對(duì)象,深入了解和分析了擴(kuò)招學(xué)員的學(xué)歷程度、家庭背景、職業(yè)特點(diǎn)和求學(xué)目標(biāo)等學(xué)情,從教學(xué)組織、課程體系建設(shè)、定位培養(yǎng)、學(xué)分置換認(rèn)定和靈活教學(xué)實(shí)施形式五個(gè)方面提出了擴(kuò)招學(xué)員培養(yǎng)的對(duì)策思考。

Abstract:This paper takes the 2019 forestry technology major expansion students of Heilongjiang Vocational Institute of Ecological Engineering as the research object,and deeply understands and analyzes the academic background,family background,professional characteristics and learning objectives of the expanded students.This paper puts forward countermeasures and thoughts from five aspects:teaching organization,curriculum system construction,positioning training,credit replacement recognition and flexible teaching implementation forms.
