基于數(shù)據(jù)庫建設與OBE理念耦合的“勞動經濟學”教學改革研究
摘 要 文章反思、借鑒了國內本科“勞動經濟學”教育教學改革的前期成果,在提倡多學科融合的背景下,創(chuàng)造性地將“自然科學的量化分析”與“社會科學的定性分析”編入“勞動經濟學”的教學活動中,培養(yǎng)與訓練學生財經素養(yǎng)方面的四大能力,實現(xiàn)了學科間專業(yè)間的聯(lián)動合作。

Research on the Teaching Reform of "Labor Economics" Based on
the Coupling of Database Construction and OBE Concept

Abstract This article reflects on and draws on the early achievements of the education and teaching reform of undergraduate "Labor Economics" in China. Against the background of promoting interdisciplinary integration, it creatively incorporates "quantitative analysis of natural sciences" and "qualitative analysis of social sciences" into the teaching activities of "Labor Economics", cultivating and training students' four major financial literacy abilities, and achieving linkage and cooperation between disciplines and majors.
