基于數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建設(shè)與OBE理念耦合的“勞動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)”教學(xué)改革研究
摘 要 文章反思、借鑒了國(guó)內(nèi)本科“勞動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)”教育教學(xué)改革的前期成果,在提倡多學(xué)科融合的背景下,創(chuàng)造性地將“自然科學(xué)的量化分析”與“社會(huì)科學(xué)的定性分析”編入“勞動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)”的教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,培養(yǎng)與訓(xùn)練學(xué)生財(cái)經(jīng)素養(yǎng)方面的四大能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)科間專業(yè)間的聯(lián)動(dòng)合作。

Research on the Teaching Reform of "Labor Economics" Based on
the Coupling of Database Construction and OBE Concept

Abstract This article reflects on and draws on the early achievements of the education and teaching reform of undergraduate "Labor Economics" in China. Against the background of promoting interdisciplinary integration, it creatively incorporates "quantitative analysis of natural sciences" and "qualitative analysis of social sciences" into the teaching activities of "Labor Economics", cultivating and training students' four major financial literacy abilities, and achieving linkage and cooperation between disciplines and majors.
