OBE理念下電子商務(wù)專業(yè)雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐

——以西安翻譯學(xué)院為例

摘 要 “互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”等時(shí)代背景下，電子商務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展，同時(shí)引發(fā)各種新業(yè)態(tài)的形成，激發(fā)各行業(yè)對(duì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的需求。文章以O(shè)BE理念為基礎(chǔ)，在電子商務(wù)專業(yè)建設(shè)中融入OBE理念培養(yǎng)雙創(chuàng)人才，提出基于OBE理念的電子商務(wù)雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)路徑，以探索出一條有效、合適的雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)之路。

Practice of Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents

in E-commerce under the OBE Concept

——Take Xi'an Fanyi University as an example

Abstract Under the era background of "Internet plus"， "mass entrepreneurship and innovation"， e-commerce has achieved rapid development， triggered the formation of various new formats， and stimulated the demand for innovation and entrepreneurship talents in various industries. The article is based on the OBE concept and integrates it into the construction of e-commerce majors to cultivate entrepreneurship and innovation talents. It proposes a path for cultivating e-commerce entrepreneurship and innovation talents based on the OBE concept， in order to explore an effective and suitable path for cultivating entrepreneurship and innovation talents.

1  OBE教育理念的內(nèi)涵

成果導(dǎo)向教育（Outcomes-Based Education，以下簡(jiǎn)稱OBE）模式倡導(dǎo)以學(xué)生為中心，強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的預(yù)期學(xué)習(xí)成果的確定、達(dá)成方式以及達(dá)成度的評(píng)價(jià)，其核心目標(biāo)是以提升個(gè)人能力為根本、遵循學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展的需求、以個(gè)性評(píng)估為動(dòng)力、以持續(xù)改進(jìn)為重點(diǎn)來(lái)適應(yīng)未來(lái)教育和就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的需求。（剩余4584字）
