食品安全快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要：近年來，食品安全問題頻發(fā)，嚴(yán)重威脅著公眾的健康與安全?？焖贆z測(cè)技術(shù)作為食品安全保障的重要手段，正逐步得到廣泛關(guān)注與應(yīng)用。本文分析食品安全快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用意義及存在的問題，并提出改進(jìn)建議，以期進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，更好地保障公眾的健康與安全。

Abstract： In recent years， frequent food safety problems have seriously threatened public health and safety. As an important means of food safety assurance， rapid detection technology is gradually being widely concerned and applied. This paper analyzes the application significance and existing problems of rapid detection technology for food safety， and puts forward suggestions for improvement， in order to further promote the application of rapid detection technology and better protect public health and safety.
