衛(wèi)生服務(wù)管理視角下的食品安全監(jiān)管策略探討

摘 要：食品安全是關(guān)系國計民生的重要議題，對公共衛(wèi)生和社會穩(wěn)定具有深遠(yuǎn)影響。本文從衛(wèi)生服務(wù)管理的角度，探討了當(dāng)前食品安全監(jiān)管面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，提出了完善監(jiān)測體系、加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)、優(yōu)化檢測技術(shù)、強(qiáng)化部門協(xié)作等具體建議，以有效提升食品安全監(jiān)管效能，降低食品安全風(fēng)險，保障公眾健康。

Discussion on Food Safety Supervision Strategy from the Perspective of Health Service Management

Abstract： Food safety is an important issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood， and has a far-reaching impact on public health and social stability. From the perspective of health service management， this article discusses the challenges currently faced by food safety supervision and puts forward specific suggestions such as improving the monitoring system， strengthening talent training， optimizing detection technology， and strengthening departmental collaboration， so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of food safety supervision， reduce food safety risks， and protect public health.
