食品企業(yè)標準化體系實施存在的問題及對策
摘 要:食品安全是企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的根本,但我國食品企業(yè)在質量管理上還存在標準體系不完善、人員能力不足等問題。本文分析食品企業(yè)標準化體系的核心要素與實施現(xiàn)狀,提出優(yōu)化標準體系結構設計、規(guī)范標準化工作流程管理、強化標準化人員培訓機制、完善標準實施監(jiān)督考核體系等建議,以期提升食品企業(yè)質量管理水平。

Abstract: Food safety is fundamental to the survival and development of enterprises, but there are still problems in the quality management of food enterprises in China, such as incomplete standard system and insufficient personnel ability. This paper analyzes the core elements and implementation status of the standardization system of food enterprises, proposes suggestions such as optimizing the design of the standard system structure, standardizing the standardization workflow management, strengthening the training mechanism of standardization personnel, and improving the supervision and assessment system of the implementation of standards, in order to improve the quality management level of food enterprises.
