Abstract: As an important technical means to ensure food safety, the accuracy and reliability of food physical and chemical testing are crucial to maintaining consumer health, promoting food trade and improving the level of national food safety management. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status and existing problems of food physical and chemical testing technology, and on this basis proposes targeted countermeasures, in order to provide a reference for improving the quality of food physical and chemical testing in China.
