摘 要:光譜技術以其快速、無損等優(yōu)勢在蔬菜農藥殘留檢測中得到廣泛應用。本文闡述蔬菜農藥殘留的主要類別、光譜技術的原理與特點,總結光譜技術在蔬菜農藥殘留檢測中的應用現(xiàn)狀,提出提高光譜技術在蔬菜農藥殘留檢測中應用效能的對策,旨在為光譜技術在蔬菜農藥殘留檢測領域的進一步應用提供參考。

Abstract: The spectroscopic technique has been widely used in the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables because of its advantages of fast and non-destructive. This paper describes the main categories of vegetable pesticide residues, the principle and characteristics of spectral technology, summarizes the application status of spectral technology in the detection of vegetable pesticide residues, and puts forward countermeasures to improve the application efficiency of spectral technology in the detection of vegetable pesticide residues, aiming to provide references for further application of spectral technology in the detection field of vegetable pesticide residues.
