食品檢驗檢測質(zhì)量控制存在問題及對策
摘 要:在社會不斷進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的同時,人們對生活水平的要求越來越高,對食品的口感品質(zhì)追求也越來越嚴(yán)格。因此,為了把控好食品質(zhì)量安全和保證人們的健康飲食,食品檢驗檢測工作必不可少。本文分析了食品檢驗檢測質(zhì)量控制存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的對策。

Abstract: With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of economy, people have higher and higher requirements for living standards, and the pursuit of taste quality of food is becoming more and more strict. Therefore, in order to control food quality safety and ensure people’s healthy diet, food inspection and testing work is essential. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality control of food inspection and testing, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.

食品檢驗檢測是指為了控制食品質(zhì)量,保障食品安全,確保食品符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn),根據(jù)國家規(guī)定的衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn),如國內(nèi)外食品衛(wèi)生安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對食品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行的檢驗,包括食品原輔料、半成品及成品中的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)成分、添加劑、有害物質(zhì)的檢測等。(剩余4463字)
