食品中甲醛來源及其檢測(cè)方法的研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：本文簡要介紹了食品中甲醛的危害、來源，以及相關(guān)限量、檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，綜述了食品中甲醛檢測(cè)方法的研究進(jìn)展，并展望了甲醛檢測(cè)方法的發(fā)展方向。
