食品檢測(cè)中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)的探討
摘 要:本文對(duì)農(nóng)藥殘留的危害性和檢測(cè)對(duì)象進(jìn)行分析,討論了氣相色譜檢測(cè)技術(shù)、電化學(xué)分析技術(shù)、波譜解析技術(shù)、酶抑制檢測(cè)技術(shù)、酶免疫檢測(cè)技術(shù)、膠體金檢測(cè)技術(shù)和納米生物檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用要點(diǎn),通過(guò)研究農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),積累檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),提高農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。

Discussion on the Detection Technology of Pesticide Residues in Food Detection

Abstract: In this paper, the harmfulness and detection objects of pesticide residues are analyzed, and the application points of gas chromatography detection technology, electrochemical analysis technology, spectrum analysis technology, enzyme inhibition detection technology, enzyme immunoassay technology, colloidal gold detection technology and nano biological detection technology are discussed. Through studying the development trend of pesticide residue detection technology, the application experience of detection technology is accumulated, and the accuracy of pesticide residue detection results is improved.
