摘 要:目的:微生物檢測技術(shù)在生活飲用水檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用效果分析。方法:研究抽取180份生活飲用水(枯水期90份,豐水期90份),將枯水期與豐水期的飲用水標(biāo)本分別進(jìn)行濾膜法實(shí)驗(yàn)(即對照組)與多管發(fā)酵法(即觀察組),根據(jù)其檢查結(jié)果評估枯水期、豐水期的微生物檢出情況。結(jié)果:兩組枯水期、豐水期大腸菌群檢出率、雜菌檢出率無顯著差異(P>0.05),與對照組相比,觀察組枯水期、豐水期大腸埃希菌檢出率、耐熱大腸菌群檢出率偏高(P

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the application effect of microbial detection technology in drinking water inspection. Method: 180 drinking water samples (90 in dry season and 90 in wet season) were selected, and the samples of drinking water in dry season and wet season were tested by filter membrane method (control group) and multi-tube fermentation method (observation group) respectively, and the microbial detection in dry season and wet season was evaluated according to the inspection results. Result: There was no significant difference in the detection rates of coliform and miscellaneous bacteria between the two groups in dry season and wet season (P>0.05).
