提升食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全的幾點(diǎn)思考

摘 要：食品的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量及安全是社會各界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題。對于廣大食品生產(chǎn)廠而言，若想保證食品的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量及安全，需積極探討更多監(jiān)管手段，高效落實(shí)食品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量各項(xiàng)監(jiān)管工作。因此，本文主要探討食品生產(chǎn)相關(guān)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量安全有效提升的對策，便于今后高效落實(shí)食品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量及其安全的各項(xiàng)監(jiān)管工作。

Some Thoughts on Improving the Quality and Safety of Food Production Enterprises

Abstract： The quality and safety of food production is the focus of attention from all walks of life. For the majority of food production plants， if they want to ensure the quality and safety of food production， they need to actively explore more supervision methods and effectively implement various supervision work on food production quality. Therefore， this paper mainly discusses the countermeasures for food production-related enterprises to effectively improve the quality and safety， so as to facilitate the efficient implementation of various supervision work on food production quality and safety in the future.
